ABOUT THIS SERVICE
In this session we will focus on balancing the unique combination of elements in your body. This session includes the use of warm oils and compresses, hot stones, gua shas, dry cupping, and other bodywork techniques to start moving the rivers of lymph in the body. This work is deep and has the potential to create greater health and immunity by increasing blood flow and hydration of the muscles and nerves, flushing toxins, and releasing inflammation, stagnation and tension. Moving the lymph changes the body quite rapidly, with results that can actually be felt after one session. Depending on your personal intentions this session can also include reproductive and digestive care, such as breast/chest massage, uterine alignment, and abdominal massage. During this session I will show you ways that you can start to release your own blocks and work on your body between sessions. I may also offer simple Ayurvedic remedies and suggest future self-care practices to support you on your healing journey.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, full payment for the session is still required. Thank you for your understanding.
